Job Description:
- Search for and identify qualified candidates using proactive recruiting strategies
- Target both active and passive talent
- Generate interest in SPA’s open positions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool
- Support proposal efforts by sourcing candidates for upcoming opportunities
- Engage SPA alumni
- Manage employee referrals to strengthen the recruiting pipeline
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
- BA/BS in a business, HR, or related field
- Firm understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches
- Experience using ClearanceJobs.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other leading talent platforms
- Extensive experience building candidate pipelines within leading Talent Management Systems/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in iCIMS ATS is desired
