Talent Acquisition Partner – Executive

Job Description:

• Serve as a thought partner to VP+ senior leaders, translating business strategy into talent strategy
• Consult on team design, role clarity, and talent implications
• Own the full lifecycle of executive recruiting from search strategy, talent mapping, and proactive pipelining through candidate engagement, assessment, and complex offer negotiation
• Build authentic relationships with high-impact leaders
• Act as an ambassador for DaVita’s mission and culture
• Ensure a seamless, white-glove candidate experience
• Use data, storytelling, and external benchmarks to challenge assumptions and drive equitable hiring processes
• Surface and hire top-tier, diverse talent
• Partner with People Services, Compensation, and Legal to design offers, mitigate risk, and deliver aligned hiring outcomes
• Share insights, mentor teammates, and model excellence in candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and process rigor

Requirements:

• 5+ years leading executive searches in-house or at a retained search firm
• Experience placing Director, VP, and C-level roles in complex organizations
• Strong business acumen
• Exceptional influencing skills with senior leaders
• Mastery of sourcing strategies and tools, including external market insights
• Collaborative mindset and passion for team development and continuous improvement
