Job Overview
We are looking for a System Business Analyst in the data department to bridge communication between our business and development teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.Analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration requirements.Lead system configuration and data mapping efforts, particularly those involving APIs, third-party platforms, and internal system integrations.Support post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems AnalystBackground in IT or software developmentExperience in product and marketing analyticsStrong SQL skills for querying and analyzing dataSolid experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirementsExperience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagramsFamiliarity with API documentation tools and a basic understanding of REST API conceptsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication skillsSpoken English at B2 level or higher
Tech StackDatabases and data warehouses: ClickHouse, Redshift, PostgreSQL, BigQueryAnalytics and marketing platforms: Mixpanel, GA4, AppsFlyer, BlueshiftData pipelines and streaming: RudderStack, Kafka
Nice to HaveHands-on experience with data warehouses such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or RedshiftExperience in FinTech, especially CFD tradingFamiliarity with AI tools for analytics, such as MCP servers and skillsExperience with Python or JavaScript
