What You’ll Do As a Surface Weather Observer, you’ll play a key role in aviation safety by providing accurate, real-time weather information. In this role, you will: Observe and record weather elements (clouds, visibility, wind, temperature, pressure, precipitation) Prepare and transmit aviation weather reports used by pilots, air traffic specialists, and forecasters Training Program All new hires complete a 6-week paid training program in Cornwall, Ontario.
