Strategy & Planning Director

Job Description:

• Engage directly with C-suite executives at leading organizations
• Deliver strategic messaging and connect Cisco’s vision to real-world technical solutions
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with Cisco executive leadership and customer C-suite leaders
• Collaborate with product, sales, and partner teams
• Identify and shape high-value opportunities among Cisco’s largest customers
• Deliver and tailor Cisco’s strategic messaging for executive stakeholders
• Align strategic messaging with technical implementation
• Provide strategic and technical guidance, including technology roadmaps, solution architectures, and implementation plans
• Help customer executives translate Cisco’s portfolio into actionable business and technology strategies
• Drive meaningful outcomes for Cisco and its clients
• Travel as required

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in a senior strategy role in a global enterprise technology company
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience
• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing C-suite leaders in large, complex organizations
• Strong collaboration skills within senior technical teams
• Deep expertise in enterprise technology and digital transformation
• Ability to translate vision into technical strategy
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
