Strategy Advancement Advisor

Job Description:

• Lead organizational strategic planning efforts defining OneHome’s long-term growth agenda
• Facilitate strategic planning processes and establish executable roadmaps
• Conduct research, expert interviews, and analytical evaluations to identify opportunities and operational gaps
• Assess complex opportunities for value, feasibility, growth, and improved member care
• Develop high-level product requirements and realistic strategic roadmaps
• Support governance and oversight of OneHome’s strategic initiative portfolio
• Establish prioritization frameworks, monitor initiative performance, and identify risks and dependencies
• Provide leadership transparency through regular reporting and business reviews
• Coordinate multifaceted teams and monitor strategic program progress
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, transformation roadmaps, executive dashboards, leadership briefings, Board materials, and enterprise communications
• Support informed decision-making and organizational alignment across OneHome, CenterWell, and Humana

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
• Five or more years of experience in strategy, line of business management, finance, or consulting
• Two or more years of project leadership experience
• Experience with analytics and use of data
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical acumen
• Experience leading strategic planning, transformation initiatives, or cross-functional programs in complex organizations
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
• Experience managing strategic portfolios, performance reporting, and governance processes
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and influence decision-making
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Ability to work from a dedicated space protecting member PHI/HIPAA information
