Sell RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic communication to customers in an assigned territory
Research markets and companies to identify potential clients and points of contact
Conduct cold-calling activities
Schedule and hold virtual or phone-based introductory meetings
Develop sales strategies to present products or solutions
Conduct client presentations virtually or onsite
Respond to requests for proposal, bid, and information
Coordinate and transfer client and account knowledge to Sales or Client Services team members
Record all customer touchpoints in the Customer Relationship Management System
Maintain current knowledge of RRD products and industry insights
Analyze and filter account and prospect data to build an individual forecast and sales strategy
Conduct sales activities individually or in collaboration with another RRD Sales Representative

Experience promoting packaging, labels (e.g. UV thermal coated, RFID labels), and supply chain solutions preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software preferred
Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
Experience working collaboratively with individuals and departments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and adjust to business needs
B2B Sales Experience preferred
Associate Degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience preferred
Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen
Ability to work in the United States, as the role is located in the United States
