Staff Product Manager, Governance

Job Description:

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for Webflow's access control, identity, and governance capabilities
• Scale capabilities to Webflow's largest and most strategic customers
• Represent the needs of largest customers and work with go-to-market teams to shape the enterprise motion
• Translate field insights into product direction
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to execute product vision and deliver impact
• Partner with product and engineering teams to promote access control principles across Webflow

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of executing at a high velocity to deliver exceptional enterprise customer experiences
• Fluency in enterprise security and governance, including identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks
• Understanding of how IT and security teams evaluate and adopt security and governance capabilities
• Understanding of website and AI technologies
• Understanding of tools marketing teams use to build and optimize websites
• Systems thinking and ability to understand how features fit into broader product strategy
• Proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies
• Valid right-to-work authorization depending on country of employment
• Successful background check may be required
