Staff Product Manager, AI Agents

Job Description:

• Own an AI agent for credit unions end to end, from discovery and first implementations through the roadmap
• Conduct discovery with credit union members, executives, and internal buyers
• Rapidly prototype and live-trial agents and use cases
• Own and sequence the agent roadmap around clear business outcomes
• Join customer conversations and conduct on-site visits
• Ramp on the agent portfolio and priority credit unions
• Ship reusable integrations with core systems, loan origination systems, and CRMs
• Drive net-new product go-lives and unblock implementation decisions
• Collaborate with other AI product managers to determine launch sequencing across credit unions
• Launch the agent with multiple credit unions and demonstrate performance data
• Expand the agent’s accountable business outcomes
• Document repeatable integration patterns and hand scaled rollout to AI Operations while retaining the product roadmap
• Participate in partner executive conversations with commercial counterparts

Requirements:

• Strong product judgment, taste, and customer intuition
• Direct B2B product experience managing enterprise customers, negotiating scope, and completing implementations
• Built something with AI and able to demo it
• Ability to lead customer meetings with credit union leadership and sell a direction before the product exists
• Willingness to travel roughly 20% on average, with periods of 50% during critical windows
• Persuasive and comfortable pushing without authority
• Excellent written and live communication
• 7+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably experience in B2B SaaS and/or fintech
• Financial services or fintech background is a nice to have
• Experience in or alongside a forward-deployed engineering or product function is a nice to have
• Hands-on integration experience with core banking, loan origination systems, or CRM systems is a nice to have
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Product Management experience in a highly regulated industry
• Experience building an AI agent for a business use case
