Staff Product Designer

Job Description:

• Lead large, ambiguous initiatives spanning multiple product areas from problem framing through launch and iteration
• Set design direction and demonstrate strong judgment in the product design domain
• Meet and engage with strategic customers to incorporate customer feedback and product data into product decisions
• Leverage AI tools throughout the design process and define new ways of working
• Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technology
• Contribute to the design community
• Ship code to production across the design system, web products, and mobile apps
• Establish quality standards through building and shipping
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders
• Set interaction patterns and visual systems for other designers

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications
• Track record of leading work spanning multiple product areas
• Strong portfolio and/or case studies showing design craft and quantified impact across multiple product areas or platform-wide systems
• Portfolio required; applications without a portfolio cannot be considered
• Deep interaction and visual design skills
• Judgment to define new patterns used by other designers and teams
• Regular use of AI tools in design practice, such as Cursor or Figma Make, with attributable shipped work
• Experience mentoring designers formally and informally
• Experience partnering with senior leadership
