Staff Engineer – INFOR M3 Functional Consultant, Supply Chain

Job Description:

• Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules including Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes
• Conduct user training
• Prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials
• Participate in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform business process analysis, user support, issue resolution, and solution configuration

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Infor M3 functional consulting
• Expert knowledge of Infor M3 Supply Chain module
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing processes
• Experience in Infor M3 configuration, troubleshooting, and business process mapping
• Good understanding of ION workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting
• Experience in UAT, end-user training, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: Experience with Infor CloudSuite/M3 Cloud
• Preferred: Exposure to data migration, EDI, and implementation projects
• Preferred: Infor M3 functional certifications in Procurement, Warehousing, or Supply Chain
