Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

• Support named account relationships across hyperscale, wireless, semiconductor, private 5G, NTN, and NEM customer segments
• Support pre-sales activities for wireless test solutions across strategic accounts
• Drive customer engagement from initial requirements through deployment and ongoing support
• Design, configure, and deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal resources
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product Line Management, Account Managers, PLM, R&D, engineering, operations, and sales
• Identify customer technical needs, pursue solutions, and drive projects forward
• Introduce cutting-edge solutions to customers alongside the account team
• Convey economic drivers and business outcomes of wireless technologies
• Identify and create solutions for customer technical and business problems

Requirements:

• Strong technical background and working knowledge of wireless networks, including O-RAN, AI-RAN, cloud, 6G, RAN, channel emulation, core and security
• Solid understanding of 5G/6G, RAN evolution, virtualization, and AI
• Technical aptitude to learn new systems and support customer requirements
• Previous experience and demonstrated success selling into hyperscale, wireless, semiconductor, private 5G, NTN, and NEM customer segments
• Detailed understanding of customer-segment buying centers, technical decision-makers, and ecosystem dynamics
• Demonstrated success working with PLM, R&D, engineering, operations, and sales
• Track record positioning complex, multi-product hardware and software solutions to technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to understand and position complex solutions across multiple technology domains
• Good communication skills
