Solutions Architect, Enterprise IT

Job Description:

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure teams
• Design tailored solutions addressing network access and bandwidth, device management, and security requirements
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on large enterprise deals to resolve technical blockers
• Own Voxel's compliance with customer security requirements and lead security reviews, IT questionnaires, and architecture approvals
• Create customer-facing solution documents and architecture diagrams
• Collaborate with the Deployment team to ensure solutions are implemented successfully
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex enterprise IT, network, and security challenges
• Translate enterprise customer needs into technical requirements for Product and Engineering
• Build reusable reference architectures and solution patterns for future enterprise requirements

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or enterprise IT/network engineering roles
• Deep expertise in corporate IT networking and systems, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, Linux internals, and edge/IoT architectures
• Experience leading technical discussions with senior technical stakeholders across enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure teams
• Proven ability to gather requirements from enterprise customers and translate them into clear technical requirements for Engineering
• Strong track record of creating customer-facing technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams
• Familiarity with enterprise security requirements and processes, including security reviews, IT questionnaires, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
• Hands-on experience with 802.1X, certificate management/PKI, or enterprise device management (nice to have)
• Background working with large multi-site environments such as warehouses, distribution centers, or retail (nice to have)
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent (nice to have)
• Authorized to work in the United States
