Social Media, Growth Marketing Intern

Job Description:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
• Research and participate in relevant online communities, including Reddit threads, LinkedIn groups, and industry forums
• Establish SourceReady as a thought leader
• Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Cover topics related to AI sourcing, supply chain insights, and business growth
• Design video clips, motion graphics, and social media posts to increase brand awareness
• Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms to improve visibility and engagement
• Experiment with viral growth strategies, community engagement tactics, and influencer partnerships with the marketing team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
• Experience with social media growth strategies, especially on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong ability to create engaging video content optimized for different platforms
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for social media graphics
• Interest in AI and technology-related fields
