Site Manager

Job Description:

• Supervise the execution of assigned projects
• Coordinate different subcontractors
• Ensure all required materials arrive at the customer's site
• Organize personnel, materials, and other resources on site daily
• Create and provide scheduled quality reports and status reports regarding the project
• Communicate issues that arise on site
• Oversee labor at the project site
• Coordinate project material and follow plans and prints for installation of automated equipment at the job site
• Communicate with the project manager regarding additional workers needed and important updates or site issues

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of related experience
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints and diagrams
• Ability to lead a variety of workers at different levels
• Ability to travel mostly domestically and to Canada for work, 100% of the time
• Good MS Word and MS Excel skills
• Responsible, results-oriented, trustworthy, and able to accomplish project objectives on time, safely, and with integrity
• Excellent communication skills
