Job Description:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows
- Configure tables, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications
- Develop Flow Designer/workflows and automated processes
- Configure ACLs, roles, permissions, and RBAC
- Build reports, dashboards, filters, and data exports
- Develop and support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and production support
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development/configuration experience
- Strong ServiceNow HRSD experience (listed as an added advantage)
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
- Experience with ACL, RBAC, ServiceNow security, reporting, dashboards, and integrations
- Experience with testing, deployment, and production support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
