Job Description:
- Manage and evolve design system components in collaboration with design leadership and engineering
- Drive the end-to-end UX design process across all digital channels
- Use AI-powered design tools for research synthesis, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and iteration
- Partner with design and cross-functional teams to create user-focused designs aligned with brand objectives
- Use user research, analytics, feedback, A/B testing, and behavioral data to guide interface improvements
- Design AI-driven platform experiences for underwriter, processor, and loan officer personas
- Surface AI-generated recommendations, confidence levels, and explainability responsibly in product designs
- Contribute to design methodologies, collaboration practices, workflow efficiency, and responsible AI tooling
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
- Four (4) to six (6) years of relevant experience in a design role
- Portfolio demonstrating a broad skill set in UX design
- Outstanding ability to articulate, present, defend, and negotiate design concepts visually, verbally, and in writing
- Proficiency in user research analysis and A/B testing/behavioral analytics
- Familiarity with Lean UX
- Expertise in Figma
- Familiarity with usertesting.com, Jira, and Confluence
- Proven ability to solve complex design problems and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent autonomous work habits and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered development tools
- Experience with prompt engineering and communicating with AI systems
- Understanding of Vibe Coding principles
- Ability to leverage AI tools while maintaining quality and security
- Knowledge of AI integration best practices in design and development workflows
- Ability to stay current with evolving AI technologies and UX/UI applications
- Experience with the end-to-end UX process, including research, testing, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping
- Solid understanding of web and mobile ecosystems
- Certifications from NN/g and IxDF are a bonus, not required
