Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Description:

• Establish cross-functional teams and coordinate subject matter experts to establish, plan, and implement programs
• Manage program plans, dependencies, deliverables, and risks
• Align resources and provide proactive program visibility
• Evaluate and improve processes, tools, and best practices
• Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset
• Ensure the organization adheres to industry best practices
• Serve as a stakeholder escalation point
• Assist in removing blockers
• Lead strategic programs and initiatives across the division
• Align product, engineering, and cross-functional teams
• Develop processes that measure and improve performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in business management or its equivalent
• Significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, handle risks, and shift gears as needed
• Experience in change management and transformation processes
• Experience with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without authority
• Ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment
