Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Description:

• Lead the full software development lifecycle and product development process for various solutions
• Manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to market, including schedule and investment tracking
• Drive cross-functional activities and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion
• Apply technical knowledge and initiative in collaborative team discussions
• Use clear written and verbal communication to foster trust and facilitate coordinated execution
• Communicate program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborative leadership to cross-functional team members
• Lead projects and develop processes to measure and improve performance

Requirements:

• 8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities
• Ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without direct authority
• Solid capability in change management and transformation processes
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
