Lead the strategic planning and execution of major product initiatives
Drive innovation and strategic initiatives to enhance product offerings
Provide advanced thought leadership and address complex business challenges

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Information Management, Information Technology/Computer Sciences, or related work experience required
7+ years experience in product management, digital transformation, solution design, and business planning required
7+ years experience in operations, engineering, agile methodologies, or solution development required
Strong technical fluency in architecture, technical risk, and platform evolution
Thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance, including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws
Must satisfy background screening requirements of the Federal Credit Union Act
