Senior Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Job Description:

• Deliver technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365
• Develop plugins, custom APIs, and Power Automate flows
• Build Power Apps and integrations involving Dynamics 365
• Manage Dynamics 365 security, solutions, and deployment processes
• Complete development and deployment activities within agreed timelines
• Troubleshoot and promptly resolve defects and production issues
• Produce documentation and enable knowledge transfer for ongoing support
• Collaborate independently with business and technical teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 10-12 years of experience in CRM development or technical consulting, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, and REST APIs
• Experience developing plugins, custom APIs, and Power Automate flows
• Experience with Power Apps and integrations involving Dynamics 365
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 security, solution management, and deployment processes
• Experience with Git and application lifecycle management tools
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams
• Preferred: Experience with Azure integration services
• Preferred: Experience developing Power Apps Component Framework controls
• Preferred: Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, or Dynamics 365 Contact Center
• Preferred: Experience with CRM data migration tools and Power BI
• Preferred: Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365
• Preferred: Experience delivering client projects through Agile development methods
