Senior Software Implementation Consultant

Job Description:

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand current and future processes and existing systems
• Identify technical gaps, document requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery
• Translate business needs into configuration and data specifications
• Assess current-state and future-state business processes, establish technical solutions, and conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Deliver comprehensive Dayshape product demos to new and prospective customers
• Design and configure complex workflows for customer operational requirements
• Run large onsite UAT sessions and manage issue trackers and tickets
• Work with Product to translate enhancement requests
• Prepare and deliver train-the-trainer customer training
• Work with large, complex data sets
• Support the wider team with technical guidance
• Identify improvements for customers and Dayshape's rollout methodology
• Mentor less experienced team members
• Support Statements of Work by contributing to implementation solutioning
• Focus on 1–2 enterprise customer accounts at a time
• Travel to customer sites as required, anticipating a few days per quarter

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a similar role involving consultative SaaS implementations
• Must have previous experience as a Dayshape user
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Significant experience working with or within large global enterprises, including accountancy, professional services firms, media agencies, or IT consultancies
• Hands-on experience configuring complex software solutions and designing integrations with CRM and ERP solutions
• Experience with ADF, JSON, SQL, and JavaScript will be useful
• Strong customer-facing skills and experience guiding stakeholders through complex business change
• Demonstrable experience delivering solutions to customer requirements
• Experience mentoring less experienced team members
• Confidence deputizing for a Project Manager when needed
• Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed team while travelling to customer sites as needed
• Ability and attitude to contribute from day one
• Experience implementing Workday or other PSA solutions is a bonus
• Experience working in resource management and/or the accounting industry is a bonus
• Experience leading current-state and future-state implementation workshops is a bonus
• Implementation pre-sales or solution consultant experience is a bonus
• Ability to pass background checks
