Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:

• Own features end to end
• Design, build, and run full-stack features in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, from data model to UI
• Help define services, data pipelines, and event flows as the product and customer base grow
• Work with AI engineers to put agent workflows into reliable, polished user experiences
• Handle sensitive financial data with auditability and access controls designed from the start
• Use AI coding tools daily and help set how the team builds with them

Requirements:

• Shipped and operated production full-stack features end-to-end, from backend data model through UI
• Production TypeScript (Node.js backend and React or Next.js frontend)
• 5+ years of experience as a full-time software engineer after school
• At least one role at an early-stage startup or a startup-like team inside a larger company
• Built payments, billing, ledger, or risk systems at a fintech (Stripe, Ramp, or similar)
• 10+ years building backend and full-stack systems at scale
• Degree in CS or a related STEM field
• Nice to Have: Experience in fintech and billing platforms at Ramp and Constant Contact
• Nice to Have: Experience at Stripe in FinTech and risk systems
• Nice to Have: Expertise in Python backend development and Kafka data pipelines
