Senior Software Engineer, Ai Agents
About the Role
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered experiences for marketing and customer data workflows. You will explore new applications of AI, turn promising ideas into production capabilities, and help shape products that make complex data more useful to customers.
What You'll Do
Rapidly prototype and evaluate AI concepts for data and marketing workflows.
Partner with a small team to develop and ship new product ideas, helping establish the foundation for new product lines.
Make architectural and framework decisions for AI systems, assessing where different language models are effective.
Build production data agents that answer analytics and data science questions using customer data.
Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and create smooth, AI-assisted product experiences.
What We're Looking For
Five to twelve years of software engineering experience building core products, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning contexts.
Professional experience building AI products, including complex applications beyond basic retrieval-augmented generation.
Strong backend engineering skills and a software engineering-focused background.
Experience as a product engineer in a fast-moving startup environment, with the ability to take products from early concepts through iteration.
Strong technical aptitude, structured thinking, product intuition, and the ability to explain technical problems and AI opportunities clearly.
Strong computer science or mathematics fundamentals, with exposure to AI concepts.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is $200,000 to $320,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
