Drive proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling and highly personalized multi-touch outreach
Research, segment, prioritize, and develop target accounts and territories
Engage HSE, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders, qualify interest, and book discovery calls
Identify ideal customer profiles and personas and tailor messaging using relevant signals
Maintain clean, accurate, and current records in Salesforce and ensure consistent follow-up
Deliver well-qualified, well-documented discovery calls to the Sales team
Use AI tools to enhance prospecting and outreach
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events, account follow-up, and pipeline-building activities
Contribute ideas to improve team messaging, outreach cadences, call approaches, and processes
Report to the Senior Manager of Sales Development

Proven quota-carrying SDR, BDR, or closely related sales experience, with clear evidence of personal attainment and results
B2B SaaS sales experience
Demonstrated outbound experience, including cold calling, territory prioritization, multi-touch outreach, and qualification
Experience with a modern sales engagement and prospecting stack, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalents
Experience with AI-assisted prospecting tools
Ability to work independently, create a productive daily structure, protect prospecting time, and follow through
Clear and concise communication and credible customer engagement
Ability to personalize outreach for different personas
Self-motivation, persistence, accountability, discipline, curiosity, and a healthy competitive drive
Coachability and ability to apply feedback to improve performance
Preferred experience selling into regulated, industrial, energy, utility, construction, safety, or compliance environments
Successful completion of a background check
