Senior Sales Consultant – Closer

Job Description:

• Closing deals ranging from €48,000 to €90,000
• Independently advising finance and real-estate entrepreneurs on content marketing, branding, sales, lead generation, and scaling
• Selling additional services and actively securing contract renewals
• Continuously generating referral leads
• Independently identifying prospective customers and business opportunities
• Contributing to product development and internal processes
• Continuously improving the customer experience

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of sales experience, including a proven track record of closing large B2B deals
• Excellent communication skills, a confident and persuasive presence, and enthusiasm for engaging with decision-makers
• A true A-player and all-rounder mindset, with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Experience in online marketing, an agency or coaching environment, consulting, or self-employment is a strong plus
• Team leadership experience is also a strong plus
• Willingness to work in a performance-oriented environment with clear goals, metrics, and feedback
