Senior Project Manager – Project Management

Job Description:

• Oversee small- to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, suites-of-products, or product/equipment-only projects
• Provide direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources
• Manage project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction
• Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource
• Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility
• Analyze data and use technical experience to support recommendations
• Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems
• Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
• Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus
• Influence colleagues and stakeholders on topics within the field

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Project Management for roles outside the USA
• Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience, for roles outside the USA
• Master's degree from an accredited university or college for roles in the USA, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
• Established project management skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
