Lead Health Coaching’s strategy and business planning
Lead data-driven continuous-improvement efforts
Translate priorities into actionable operating plans and measurable improvements
Manage strategic roadmaps, business priorities, governance plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones
Develop solutions, identify owners, set deadlines, and track program progress
Identify and resolve issues affecting Care Teams, member experience, and strategic or product goals
Build relationships and partner with Care Delivery, Clinical, Strategic Finance, Legal, HR, and Engineering/Product/Design teams
