Senior Production Program Manager

Job Description:

• Meet or exceed supplier financial, technical, quality, and schedule performance objectives
• Influence cross-functional teams of engineering, quality, and procurement professionals to achieve Raytheon and customer deliverables
• Build relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to improve supplier performance and organizational alignment
• Support financial planning activities, including forecasting, AOP, and EAC
• Lead supplier risk mitigation and opportunity capture processes
• Develop and implement supplier strategies addressing current execution and future business
• Assess and communicate supplier metrics to internal stakeholders
• Provide direct feedback to suppliers
• Identify capacity and manufacturing improvements, including supplier investment
• Enable delivery of solid rocket motors supporting Navy and Missile Defense Agency mission capabilities
• Navigate Supplier Statement of Work and specification changes
• Travel domestically up to 50%, with potential for some international travel

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
• Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
• University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years’ experience
• Prior program/project management experience
• Prior experience supporting financial processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and P&L
• Up to 50% domestic business travel, with potential for some international travel
