Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• Own product positioning and messaging in the short-term rental and hospitality technology market
• Lead day-to-day product launches from planning through internal and external rollout
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers, calculators, and videos
• Become the go-to expert on buyers, purchasing behavior, and buyer needs
• Share buyer insights with Sales, Product, and other teams
• Turn product messaging into pipeline-generating programs with Demand Gen and Content Marketing
• Bring market problems and opportunities into Product Roadmap discussions
• Find and share new ways to use AI in product marketing workflows
• Help the Marketing team improve its processes and capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with at least 3 in product marketing
• Proven track record running product launches end to end with minimal oversight
• Experience building sales enablement content
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in marketing work, with examples of improved speed or quality
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience marketing SaaS solutions
• Hotel or vacation rental industry experience
