Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Identity Security

Job Description:

• Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono’s next chapter as part of 1Password
• Evaluate and evolve existing positioning and messaging
• Build understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and AI-agent security challenges
• Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and supporting content direction
• Partner with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders
• Translate strategy into execution using customer and market feedback
• Help shape product marketing capabilities and resources as the business grows

Requirements:

• Experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or B2B software
• Understanding of technical buyers and complex markets
• Strength in product marketing, including product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development
• Ability to think strategically while staying close to execution
• Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes
• Proactive ownership and ability to build alignment and move work forward
• Clear and confident communication with executive, product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences
• Ability to use AI tools and agents thoughtfully for research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale
• Experience shaping an emerging category or working in a high-growth or changing organization preferred
