Serve as an Interim Product Manager for clients at various stages of the product lifecycle
Guide products from building MVPs through launch
Salvage stalled initiatives
Help scale-ups meet quarterly KPIs
Steer product pivots
Set up new product departments or capabilities
Make product and business decisions affecting clients
Oversee delivery and discovery processes for several initiatives simultaneously
Work with Product, Program, and Project Managers depending on client setup
Partner with stakeholders and handle high-pressure situations
Align stakeholders on solutions that avoid harmful initiatives
Propose and own initiatives that strengthen Product Impact, accelerate client delivery, and optimize long-term profitability and growth
Lead teams of high-performing individuals and own the product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation
Work cross-functionally on product roadmaps and discover new opportunities

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on a tech product, ideally in a start-up environment
Focus on user experience and a strong understanding of business needs
Experience leading a cross-functional team with agile methods
Experience with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies
Ability to switch between analytical and creative thinking
