Own initiatives from discovery through execution, including framing problems, running research, prototyping, and shipping with product and engineering
Raise design maturity by championing user research and data-driven decision-making
Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, exploration, documentation, execution, and minimize handoffs
Partner with product, engineering, and subject-matter stakeholders to turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into testable user outcomes

Fluency with AI as a working tool for prototyping, research synthesis, iteration, designing in code, and staying current with tools
Familiarity with the capabilities, constraints, and human factors of LLMs
Passion for mission-driven, human-centered work supporting functional and emotional needs
Ability to articulate design process and rationale for decisions
Experience working in Agile product delivery teams
Experience in behavioral health, absence management, or another regulated, data-sensitive industry
Accessibility expertise and working knowledge of WCAG 2.2
Strong mobile design skills
