Senior Paid Media Specialist

Job Description:

• Learn and apply predictive modelling protocols to client campaigns to minimize risk and proactively shape campaigns for success
• Lead the development of strategic paid media campaigns aligned with client goals
• Continuously optimize campaigns across platforms to maximize client ROI
• Consult with clients and internal teams to integrate paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies
• Serve as a knowledgeable and reliable client partner
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments
• Monitor and report on KPIs
• Adjust strategies based on performance insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preferred)
• 4+ years of relevant experience managing paid media campaigns
• At least 2 years in an agency setting
• Skilled in full-funnel account management across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels
• Expertise in Unbounce, PPC Management Software, SpyFu, Excel, Ahrefs
• Certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Meta
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Ability to communicate data insights, client updates, and campaign recommendations clearly
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with varying budgets
• Ability to adapt and learn new healthcare industry concepts
• Familiarity with HIPAA is a plus
