Senior Manager, IT Integrations

Job Description:

• Lead assigned technology integrations end to end, from kickoff and assessment through stabilization and standardization
• Develop and manage integration roadmaps, project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and key milestones
• Lead technology readiness assessments, cutover planning, and post-integration stabilization activities
• Coordinate systems and data migrations, ensuring secure and compliant transfer of firm and client information
• Partner with Technology, Finance, HR, Operations, MSPs, and firm leadership to resolve dependencies and keep integrations on track
• Identify integration risks, issues, and resource constraints and drive mitigation plans
• Provide executive-level reporting on integration progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes
• Lead change management and adoption efforts supporting employees and firm leadership through technology transitions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience leading technology projects, including significant experience supporting M&A integrations
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute complex technology integration roadmaps
• Strong project and program management capabilities across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and managing partners
• Working knowledge of Agile, SDLC, or PMI project methodologies
• Ability to travel approximately 10–15% as required
• Experience supporting accounting, professional services, or similarly decentralized organizations preferred
• Experience with PPM/project management platforms such as Smartsheet preferred
• PMP, CM&AP, or similar project management or M&A integration certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer
