Senior M365 Platform Analyst

Job Description:

• Administer and engineer SaaS software solutions, particularly Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation solutions for the GCC High environment
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Office, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview DLP, and Copilot
• Handle user tickets and incidents
• Design and develop solutions for applications as new use cases and capabilities arise
• Plan tasks and schedules, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Streamline deployment workflows and optimize efficiency using DevOps delivery pipeline tools and processes
• Collaborate with security, identity, and engineering teams on larger group initiatives
• Acquire new technical skills, adapt to evolving project requirements, and navigate multiple disciplines

Requirements:

• Experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and Teams
• Experience supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience supporting Microsoft Purview, specifically Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels
• Experience supporting Entra, Active Directory
• Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• Strong Office experience, particularly with Excel
• Good communication (oral and written) and customer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger group to achieve team objectives
• US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
