Senior Living Advisor

Job Description:

• Make Oasis the top name in senior care navigation throughout Jacksonville and beyond
• Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys
• Guide families through senior care options with empathy, honesty, and a solutions-driven mindset
• Deliver a senior placement experience centered on trust, advocacy, and personalized care
• Represent Oasis Senior Advisors in Jacksonville, Northeast Florida, and nearby communities
• Use business development and sales skills to build relationships across the care continuum

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business development or similar sales/relationship-building position
• Ideally working in senior living, healthcare, care management, or related fields
• Networking experience and ability to build genuine, face-to-face connections
• Clear communication, deep listening, and empathy
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a flexible, field-based role
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed by clients
• Must reside in the Jacksonville metropolitan area
