About the Role
As a Senior HVAC Installer at Team Cheeky, you’ll lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish, delivering clean, code-compliant work that our customers and our brand can be proud of. You’ll be trusted to run jobs unsupervised, set the standard for quality on every install, and help develop the next generation of Cheeky installers.

We’re looking for experienced installers who take ownership of their work, take pride in their craftsmanship, communicate well with homeowners, and want to lead—not just show up. What You’ll Do

• Lead residential HVAC replacement installations from start to finish, unsupervised.
• Install full gas, heat pump, and mini-split systems, package/RTU units, zoning systems, IAQ products, and tankless water heaters.
• Run linesets, braze, nitrogen purge, pull vacuum, and charge systems to manufacturer specifications.
• Set blower settings, build transitions, and install duct systems, plenums, and drain lines to code and company standards.
• Complete a professional job closeout and walkthrough with every customer.
• Mentor, train, and develop junior installers and apprentices through our install career path.
• Accurately complete job forms, readings, photos, and documentation in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked install vehicle and follow our truck inventory process.
• Follow all company safety standards, local codes, and industry best practices.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns five-star reviews.

Qualifications
Required

• 2-3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to install any HVAC system we offer without supervision.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and ServiceTitan or similar field software.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor weather conditions.

Preferred

• Experience leading install crews or training junior installers.
• Experience with zoning, multi-system, and commercial package/RTU installs.
• Have your own tools
• Experience installing all major HVAC brands.
