Job Description:
- Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to a portfolio of Regional Developers within the JAN-PRO Systems International brand
- Provide coaching on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growth
- Facilitate meetings to review KPIs, priorities, issues, and solutions
- Identify operational challenges, develop data-driven action plans, and lead execution
- Conduct site audits and on-site visits to assess operational compliance and performance
- Evaluate profitability, overhead costs, operational efficiencies, and margins
- Review financial statements and provide annual budget guidance
- Develop, standardize, and implement systemwide KPIs
- Recommend cost-reduction strategies and pricing or margin adjustments
- Create and implement standardized SOPs and lead sustainable problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve scalability
- Support local marketing plans, sales processes, lead management, conversion strategies, and customer engagement
- Create training materials and deliver group and one-on-one training
- Support operational enhancements, cost savings, technology rollouts, and resource development
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Training, and Compliance teams
- Prepare reports on findings, KPI performance, and improvement recommendations
- Maintain proactive communication with franchisees and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Analytical ability to evaluate performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure
