Senior Engineering Manager – Mobile

Job Description:

• Lead an experienced engineering team of 13, consisting of Android and iOS engineers, including one backend engineer
• Mentor, retain, and provide feedback to high-performing engineers of all skill levels
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and calculated risk-taking
• Work with engineering leaders, designers, product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Sell ideas across teams, influence product roadmaps, and create structured approaches that elevate mobile without unnecessary overhead
• Connect mobile with the broader engineering organization by translating mobile constraints and opportunities for backend, web, and infrastructure teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering management leading mobile and/or web engineering teams
• Strong expertise in both iOS and Android development
• Familiarity with Kotlin for Android and Swift/RxSwift for iOS
• Experience building and shipping new products
• Ability to develop engineers, create clear advancement paths, and build teams that execute independently while staying aligned with broader company goals
