Senior CX Platform Engineer

The Senior CX Platform Engineer will build and operate AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, and Model Context Protocol servers that help Customer Experience teams automate and scale their work. Responsibilities include developing secure integrations with enterprise systems, evolving AWS infrastructure and Terraform platforms, and delivering production-quality Python and TypeScript services. The role also involves testing, observability, documentation, governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to turn prototypes into reusable, maintainable solutions.
