Senior CloudSuite Industrial Functional Lead – US Operations

Job Description:

• Act as the Functional Lead for Barnes Aerospace’s CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Gov Cloud environment supporting all US manufacturing sites
• Partner with business leaders to optimize manufacturing, planning, procurement, inventory, quality and finance processes
• Promote standard CloudSuite Industrial functionality and minimize unnecessary customization
• Facilitate business process workshops and translate operational requirements into ERP solutions
• Lead functional design activities for new capabilities and business initiatives
• Support system upgrades, testing, change management and user acceptance activities
• Develop functional standards, business process documentation and user training materials
• Drive consistent ERP processes across multiple US manufacturing facilities
• Collaborate with technical teams, implementation partners and Infor to deliver successful ERP enhancements
• Stay current with CloudSuite Industrial product releases and recommend adoption of new functionality where appropriate

Requirements:

• Extensive functional experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline
• 5 years’ proven experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline 10
• Proven experience supporting ERP solutions within discrete manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of production planning
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of procurement
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of finance
• Strong knowledge of quality management
• Strong knowledge of customer order management
• Demonstrated success leading ERP process improvement initiatives
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing organizations
• If accessing controlled information or technology, must meet applicable U.S. export control requirements or obtain required authorization
