Senior Business Development Manager, Medical Channel

Job Description:

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through territory management and account development
• Prospect, open, and grow new and existing accounts, including national accounts, regional medical networks, and multi-location practices
• Build long-term relationships with providers and practice staff as a trusted consultant and brand ambassador
• Deliver product presentations, in-field and virtual trainings, and clinical education sessions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Customer Success on account strategies and promotional campaigns
• Implement promotional strategies and ROI-focused incentive programs
• Re-engage inactive accounts and overcome purchasing barriers
• Represent Face Reality at regional and national tradeshows, conferences, and events
• Maintain sales activity, pipeline, and territory records in Zoho CRM
• Coordinate product samples, promotional materials, and sales tools
• Travel extensively throughout the Northeast territory to develop physician-dispensed skincare business

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven success in medical aesthetics, physician-dispensed skincare, dermatology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales, particularly within the physician channel
• Clinical credibility and ability to educate, train, and present in person and virtually
• Esthetician license, RN, or other medical background strongly preferred
• Proven ability to grow new verticals or launch new markets
• Existing relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other aesthetic decision-makers
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; President’s Club or Top Performer recognition is advantageous
• Ability to manage a multi-state territory and complex sales cycles autonomously
• Experience in sales planning, territory forecasting, and CRM tools; Zoho preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
• Passion for skincare and results-driven aesthetics
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%, including some evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record verified through DMV screening
• Ability to lift and transport materials up to 25 lbs
• Authorization to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship
• Ability to satisfy the role’s physical requirements, including frequent sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching, grasping, climbing, stooping/crouching/kneeling, keyboarding, constant driving, speaking, hearing, and near/far visual acuity
