Act as the primary technical partner to the Strategic Sales team, providing expert guidance throughout the sales cycle
Prepare detailed technical specifications, system requirements, and application configurations to support accurate proposals and customer packages
Develop relationships with key stakeholders by educating and acting as a consultant to increase consideration, position specification, and adoption of Honeywell technology and solutions
Lead technical discovery sessions, solution walk-throughs, and product demonstrations with prospective customers
Develop system architectures, integration approaches, and application recommendations based on customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Understand all applicable building codes, standards, and regulations

5 or more years of transferable experience in sales engineering roles
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Healthcare
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
Strong technical background in application and systems engineering
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Experience working with Engineering specifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics (valued/preferred, not required)
Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field (valued/preferred, not required)
