Role

As a Senior AI and Automation Solutions Architect in Finance Operations, you will design, prototype, and deploy AI-first automation and agentic workflows to replace legacy finance processes. You will rapidly build and validate AI-driven prototypes (“vibe-coded”), then collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to transition proven prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade production systems while maintaining data governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Transition finance operations processes to an AI-first approach, replacing legacy workflows with generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions using AI-assisted development and low-code approaches to prove value quickly.
• Bridge gaps between product, engineering, and finance to move agile prototypes into production.
• Establish a future-proof FinOps architecture that integrates emerging AI capabilities while enforcing data governance, privacy, and scalability.
• Partner with engineering teams and operations leaders to implement and scale AI/automation solutions across systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience (or 8 years with an advanced degree) in Engineering, Product Management, Technical Project Management, or Finance Operations (e.g., Q2R, S2P, H2R, A2R).
• Experience designing, building, or deploying functional apps/workflows utilizing LLMs and GenAI Agents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product or program management or other technical roles.
• Experience using Google’s AI ecosystem (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini, Google AI Studio) and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Experience designing, testing, and integrating APIs to connect disparate systems.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy compliance frameworks, and AI guardrails.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data pipelines for measurement and optimization.
• Expertise in applying generative AI workflows, LLM prompt engineering, or intelligent automation within Finance or Q2R domains.

Compensation & Benefits

• US base salary range: $157000 - $227000 (USD).
• Additional compensation: 20% bonus target, equity, and company benefits.
