Seasonal Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description:

• Build relationships with the recruitment team, internal partners, and candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand positions, required skills, education, and candidate qualities
• Post job openings and actively source and screen candidates
• Review resumes and applications
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers using various job boards
• Coordinate, manage, and attend virtual job fairs as needed
• Maintain accurate candidate, search, and recruiting activity documentation in UKG ATS
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout recruitment
• Review, edit, and update job opportunities in UKG to improve candidate quality and volume
• Coordinate interviews and the new hire process between hiring managers and candidates
• Network through social media groups, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Support multiple hiring managers and manage a large candidate pool efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; college-level training preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting or human resources, ideally in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines
• Familiarity with behavioral-based interviews and the STAR Method
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Experience managing candidate pipelines and requisitions within an ATS
• Ability to analyze staffing metrics to determine regional needs
• Sensitivity to understanding employees' needs while maintaining staffing requirements
• PTIN Certification: Yes
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
