Seasonal Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS/chat
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and post-order concerns
• Look up customer accounts and process orders using internal systems
• Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience
• Maintain current knowledge of products and company offerings
• Escalate priority issues and log call information according to procedures
• Foster a constructive, team-oriented work environment
• Follow company regulations, policies, and work procedures
• Perform other assigned duties and projects

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center or a related field (1 year +)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a bonus
• Passion for helping people
• Own a private workspace with a door
• Ergonomic desk and chair setup
• Calm workspace with minimal background distractions
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to troubleshoot minor computer, internet, and phone issues
• Ability to work one of the specified shifts
• Ability to complete paid online training Monday–Friday, 9AM–3PM PST
