SAT/ACT Training Tutor

Job Description:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for aspiring and experienced SAT and ACT tutors
• Instruct educators on proprietary TPAPT test preparation strategies, content breakdowns, and diagnostic evaluation tactics
• Observe mock tutoring sessions, provide constructive feedback, and track the professional growth of new cohort members
• Collaborate with academic leads to refine instructional guides based on current exam trends
• Ensure all trained tutors meet high standards for student score improvement and clear communication

Requirements:

• Earned Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5 or more years of professional experience as an SAT or ACT tutor, with a documented track record of high student score improvements
• Past experience delivering educator workshops, professional development, or peer coaching
• Exceptionally clear communicator with strong online presentation and virtual facilitation skills (Zoom/Google Classroom)
• US-based and authorized to work in the United States
