The Role

As a SAP Technology and D&A Manager at PwC, you'll specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within our organization. You'll be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. This is a leadership role where you'll motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You'll coach team members, leverage their unique strengths, and manage performance to exceed client expectations. You'll work within our Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients—analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Embracing technology and innovation is key; you'll enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same while upholding professional and technical standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
• Analyze client needs to develop and configure SAP technologies for seamless integration
• Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP-related projects
• Utilize Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP HANA to enhance system functionality
• Develop and deliver training sessions to support client utilization of SAP applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business transformation and process improvement
• Mentor team members to leverage their strengths and enhance their skills in SAP technologies
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
• Uphold professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• A Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering is preferred
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
• Experience using Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
• Excellence in strategic technology planning and process optimization
• A track record of embracing change and fostering innovation in digital core modernization
• Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and feedback
• Ability to analyze complex systems to identify opportunities for improvement

Travel and Location

This role is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires up to 80% travel to client sites.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
