Job Description:
- Bring WhatsApp communities of 50 to 1,000+ potential travelers to life during 5-day live launch campaigns
- Reply personally to every new member who introduces themselves
- Run structured daily launch sequences across several campaigns simultaneously
- Spark conversations and build travel communities
- Answer questions about pricing, inclusions, destinations, payment plans, and logistics
- Celebrate new bookings and build momentum and social proof
- Share daily Engagement Ratings with the Account Executive and creator
- Manage group settings, names, and moderation
- Follow up by WhatsApp and email with interested travelers who did not book
- Maintain lead stages, notes, and next steps in HubSpot
- Guide interested travelers toward relevant launches or trips with open spots
Requirements:
- Availability from Sunday to Thursday during active launch weeks
- Outstanding written English: warm, fast, energetic, and human
- Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume work
- Strong organization and self-direction
- Genuine love for connecting with people
- Experience in community management, social media, customer engagement, hospitality, or sales is a plus
- Experience managing group chats or online communities at scale is a plus
- Familiarity with the Product Launch Formula (PLF) is a plus
- Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Experience with a CRM, especially HubSpot, is a plus
